I have first hand experience in struggling to get pregnant, through pregnancy loss and trying to navigate the traditional medical system that isn't equipped to truly help people heal their bodies. This is where my holistic approach to total body health comes in.
Our society has seen fertility as a mere function of our reproductive organs, but it is so much more than that. Our bodies are smart! When we are out of balance our ability to conceive is one of the first processes to go. If you are under nourished or over stressed, that is not an environment where a new life can flourish.
